I spoke with a helpful staff member at the Judicial Council today. She has saved our petitions and independent letters. Dave Cantrill is not eligible to investigate Randy Stroker due to possible bias. An independent investigation will occur. This may take a few months. I will continue to reach out to the Judicial Council for updates. May justice prevail. Sending healing, peaceful wishes out to the victim today, still hopeful for an ethical resolution. Warmly, M.
