Urgent: Today Katsiaryna is in Court! Help us get 1000 voices to demand her release

TODAY, Friday, September 4, Katsiaryna Bartko will appear in federal court in Kansas City as her attorneys seek her release from ICE detention.

They will decide today whether to release her, keep her, give her medicine -- or not!

U.S. District Judge Daniel D. Crabtree has ordered the government to bring Katsiaryna to the courthouse in person. This will be her first time outside the detention facility in more than two months.

The hearing comes exactly three months after ICE took Katsiaryna into custody.

Her loved ones are praying for a just outcome.
