Today, 1/28/26, ReedPop issued this statement via social media, which weakly tries to refute only one criticism that they "directly sell customer/attendee information to DHS/ICE". They provide no indication other than independent operation on an arm's length basis to justify their parent company RELX's other subsidiary, LexisNexis' active contracts with DHS/ICE. 

This is a statement meant to appease and absolve themselves by citing degrees of separation, despite revenue flow from their events being the fundamental issue. RELX, as the parent company, profits from all its subsidiaries, RX/ReedPop and LexisNexis alike, and can likely reinvest that capital into any of its business arms, including the one supplying data and information services to ICE. This is the core issue. 

Reedpop must take a definitive stance that it will do everything to pressure RELX to direct LexisNexis to drop its DHS/ICE contracts.
