We want to thank everyone who participated in this protest. Around 200+ Students walked out of school at 1:15 today to protest ICE's actions. They remained peaceful, calm, and respectful the entire time. While we were prepared to replace any posters that had language inciting violence or extreme profanity, we were surprised to see that nobody had anything like that. All messages were about peace and unity. The students followed directions to stay safe and our message was delivered successfully. None of this could have happened without all of you.
