Writing in the Mail on Sunday on August 14th, Labour Party donor and financier of a legal challenge against the Labour Party democratic decision to include Jeremy Corbyn on the 2016 leadership ballot claimed: 'Corbyn supporters have no respect for the law'. He went on to label Leader-supporting party members as 'despised' 'Nazi stormtroopers'. The Labour Party has clear new guidelines condemning 'all forms of hate and abuse' and we, the undersigned, call on Iain McNicol and the Labour National Executive Committee (NEC) to suspend Mr Foster immediately and conduct an investigation into his hateful, hurtful, inflammatory and completely unacceptable comments. We urge the Labour Party to send out a clear message that no matter who you are, or how much money you donate to our party - we are all bound by the same codes of acceptable behaviour and comradely conduct.
