Petition updateI was removed from residents' community because I raised concern about racial abuse.Change.org Update (100 Signatures Reached) – What Happens Next

Dear supporters,

Thank you all so much — this petition has now passed 100 signatures.
I am deeply grateful for every person who has supported me during an extremely distressing situation.

I would like to give you a clear update on what has happened so far.

❗ No proper response within 14 days
I submitted my formal complaints on 10 and 11 November.
I have now passed the 14-day period and, unfortunately, I have not received any proper or meaningful response.

The reply I did receive simply stated that they take no responsibility, without addressing any of the issues raised.
This is extremely disappointing and, frankly, irresponsible.

Because of this, I am now preparing to:

✔ send a formal reminder letter (Pre-Action Protocol), and
✔ begin preparing for legal action.
To move forward, I need to show clearly that this is not just “one person complaining” but a wider concern shared by many.
Your support makes this possible, and I need your help with the next steps.

1. Please write a message on the petition (very important)
I raised concerns about racial abuse.
In response, I was excluded from the community and from essential communication channels.

Excluding someone for speaking about discrimination is, itself, another form of discrimination.

Instead of addressing the issue, certain people are trying to portray me as a “trouble-maker” so they can avoid accountability.
This isolates the victim further and strengthens the harassment.
It is completely unacceptable and harmful.

They have also refused to speak with me or give me any opportunity for discussion.
This is not how a responsible community behaves.

👉 Please leave a short message on this petition
to show that this is not just my problem, but a serious issue recognised by many of you.

Your voices matter.
It demonstrates that this situation cannot be brushed aside or dismissed.

2. Please share the petition
I would be very grateful if you could share this petition on any social media platform:

X / Twitter
Instagram
Facebook
WhatsApp groups
Anywhere you feel comfortable
It is important that people in the UK understand that speaking up about discrimination should never result in punishment or exclusion.

More signatures will help show that this behaviour is unacceptable and must be challenged.

3. If you are able, please consider using “Promote” on Change.org
This is completely optional.
But if anyone is in a position to do so, promoting the petition helps it reach far more people.
This visibility is very important for showing that this is a serious community issue, not a personal dispute.

❤️ Finally
Reaching 100 supporters means more to me than I can express.
Thank you for standing with me and refusing to ignore discrimination and mistreatment.

This is not only about my situation — it is about making sure that no one else in the UK is ever punished for speaking out against harassment or abuse.

Thank you again for your support.
