PETITION UPDATE: Court Protection Request Against Gabrielle I Rekhtman - ADA Accommodation Needed I have completed and submitted Elder/Dependent Adult Abuse Restraining Order forms (EA-100, EA-109, EA-110, MC-025, CLETS-001, CM-010) to Contra Costa Superior Court, Wakefield Taylor Courthouse, dated November 14, 2025. The restraining order request names Gabrielle I Rekhtman of McLaughlin Sanchez LLP, 177 Post St, Suite 650, San Francisco, CA 94108. WHY I NEED ALTERNATIVE FILING METHODS: Due to documented disabilities, I have requested ADA accommodation for electronic/email submission because: • When I attempt in-person court filing, law enforcement is summoned • Standard procedures create barriers that prevent me from accessing court services • My documented processing disabilities require written communication accommodations • I am a domestic violence survivor enrolled in Safe at Home (#6331) with address confidentiality needs I sent my ADA accommodation request to 151+ recipients including the court’s ADA Coordinator, seeking assistance to file these protective orders through alternative methods that accommodate my disabilities. THIS IS ABOUT ACCOUNTABILITY: MY FAMILY- including my two autistic children - NEEDS immediate protection from ongoing harassment. The fact that I face barriers even ACCESSING the court system demonstrates the same institutional failures I’m fighting against. Active federal cases: HUD #834996, DOJ Civil Rights #202506-29778610 Transparency is protection. YOUR SIGNATURE MATTERS.
