Thanks again to all of you who've signed and shared our petition. With just under 100,000 in three weeks we know that you care and want to help reunite families with their loved ones - who currently feel isolated and imprisoned in care homes. It's now almost seven months since they had any meaningful contact with their families and the consequences are fatal for many.

Our campaign is resonating with the wider public and we've gained a lot of media coverage. This is the result of sheer hard work and perseverance on the part of Rights for Residents. However, with the threat of a second wave approaching our work is more critical than ever. We need to urgently raise the money to enable two people to work on the campaign full time and to maintain the momentum we're gaining.
