To clarify myself that my property taxes already paid off updated from the letter I sent to your office on Jan. 28. 2024 with approval attached with the letter. Somehow your office continually ignored the invoice I sent to your office on April 14, 2019 with compound interest calculated that your office has an outstanding amount for $331,440.80, deduct the two years of my property taxes for $9,111.20, and your office has to pay off the remaining of the outstanding amount ofr $322,329.40 to Sunny Investment Group Inc.

Please open the attachment with the following:

1. Responded your short email message dated of Feb. 8, 2024

2. Updated invoice of the Illegal dumping street snow

3. The letter sent to your office dated on Jan. 28, 2024

4. Approval of INTRUST account under Village of Standard for my both property taxes

5. Your office the "Notice of Outstanding Property Tax Arrears"

Dear madams/sirs (Municipality office of Standard):

Firstly, on your message, you just play the same game again as the time 2020 that your office abused municipal law ACT 610 illegally linked my hotel for public auction which it was just legal harassment since I paid off my property fully updated. You just hidden the illegal rental storage charges under my property tax periods and pretended outstanding property tax created the legal harassment.

Secondly, I paid off my property taxes updated, which I sent the approval of my both properties taxes paid updated into your INTRUST ACCOUNT under RBC Bank with the letter I sent to dated Jan. 28t, 201924 (you may find that I attached below this letter along with the INVOICE OF ILLEGAL SNOW DUMPING dated April 18th, 2019, and two letters of “NOTICE OF TAX ARREARS”.

Since your office ignored this invoice I sent to your office on 14 April 2019 (attached below of this letter again) It's deduced from this outstanding invoice it your office never paid related illegality keep dumping the street snow on my both properties since 2012 until 2019 when you (Yvette April) threatened me will put my hotel for public auction. Your office current outstanding amount is S322,329.40 (check the invoice attached below this letter). I sent my bill to your office to pay. But your office ignored me since your legal representative claimed that since Peter has no lawyer.

As a law enforcer, your office continually abused law of municipal ACT code 610, illegally linked my hotel to create those multiple harassment one after the other... Your office better calculate it how many years of my property tax periods would deduct evenly from your office outstanding invoice to pay off complete??? Your office ignored me that doesn't gave your office the rights don't pay off the invoice I sent to, then turn around hiring the Outstanding Property Tax Arrears Recovery Management pretended to collect the outstanding property tax Arrears.

I mentioned multiple times to your office: As the Municipal ACT law enforcer, it is your office Duty to respect the law provide your office serve to your civilians, which the law never gives your office the power to abused law overpowering to created legal harassment to ruin your civilians’ lives and their business. Again, you responded the email it didn't answer my question: Please provide a law code that the municipal law gives your office the rights keep dumping street snow on my both properties for years long???

And how could your office put your legal costs on me that the cost from your office used it abused law and created the legal harassment damaged my personal, my family land my business, ignored the invoice I sent to your office on 14 April 2019, and ignored my counter claim of my damage recovery? Does that the only thing your office have to do with your civilians?

Moreover, your office is continually overpowering to keep abusing your civilians and did not respect the fact although you already received the approval of updated of my both properties tax payment, but your office continually creating the legal harassment by hiring the Outstanding Property Tax Arrears Recovery Management, which your office just keep continually ignore your own outstanding for S331,440.80 that you have to paid it off since 14 April, 2019.

So, should I hiring the collect agency to collect your outstanding amount of $322,329.40 and put an order to auction your municipal office property to recover this amount?

As I repeatedly mentioned that although your office is not deserving my tax payments since I didn't get services from your office, instead I have non stopped receiving more harassment and damages from your office, but I still paid off updated. 

Here by, I informed you the reason why I paid it to your office INTRUST account since 2022 because this is the only way to stop you to use my taxes dollars for your office continuously creating more legal harassment.
