11/09/2022 Update

Today I contacted my local news, WKBN with the information provided above. Prior to that, I called my local Hyundai dealership and they refused to resolve anything because it has no recalls. I asked for them to resolve the problem of the faulty paint and they said they will not do it without payment. 

We'll see if anything gets resolved after I hear from WKBN!
