A Petition, And Some Other Pills...........

The letter below (written, addressed, and given to the Area Commander of the Nigerian Police Force at Agodi, in Ibadan; in those days before I changed my name from Adedotun Sanda to Ikoro Iyineleda) is an example - amidst a myriad of others - that reveals even more instances of how my quests for vindication and justice, concerning that which I have gone through on my own part (as an emasculated man) have largely gone unanswered, in a generation where only GOD appears to care.
This petition has been thrown open for almost two weeks now, if not more. Only four human beings have thus far appended their signatures to it. Only four human beings have thus been humane enough to prove they believe that an emasculated man is a human being, and therefore deserves human rights.
Dost thou also share in this belief? Or does the life lived without living by the emasculated man still remain too minor an issue to be any business of yours? Is the death he dies before dying absolutely none of thy business, regardless of how important it may actually be to his life?
Your answer to the questions above depends on whether thou appends thy signature to this petition, or whether thou simply walks on by.

Dear Sir,
A Petition Concerning The Continual Intrusion Into My Privacy, And The Consequent Threat To Both My Property And My Person
Sir: Some time late last year (I can't remember when exactly) I made a report to the police (represented by the station at Akobo) concerning the breaking into my room at Number Six, Sanda Street, Alegongo-Akobo; by certain intruders, who had left signs of the crime on my laptop. To be precise, they left the following names and the single phone number below on the laptop....
a) Akinola Nifemi
b) Ojo
c) +2348103878702
I know absolutely no one bearing those names or owning that phone number. How then did the number and the names appear on my laptop?
If I may beg to digress, it is just a singular proof of the allegations that I had been making even earlier - to the police at the station at Alabebe - whilst I had been living at Kute; that certain intruders have been breaking into my home. The police at Alabebe (represented by a certain officer: who gave me as his name, Goke; and as his phone number, 08078981062) told me then that the police were not magicians, and thus I had to supply them with information they could work on - such as names of suspects, and evidence. I believe those two to have been given with the signs of the break-in that I referred to above, and thus I took the "evidence" to the police - at the Akobo police station. Yet, till date the police have refused to act on the information.
First, I would be told to come back again and again at the Akobo police station. Then I was told that the police could not act on the information unless I saw the "oga-at-the-top" at the station (I've forgotten exactly what his rank was). And thus, until I had seen him, I could not have the case attended to. Then, on those occasions when I did see him, he would tell me to come back - again and again.
It wasn't until I and one of those that I have as bosses at my place of work (Mrs. Ayansola) finally reported the case to Mr. Ibitoye of the police station at Iwo Road, before I finally began to get any result. It was Mr. Ibitoye that now gave me a letter to the Akobo police station, that they should act on my case by at the very least issuing a warning to all those that I suspected in the neighbourhood wherein I live of thus infringing on my rights. And, I have to say that throughout all this time that I was searching for justice, these people kept on infringing on those rights. They kept on breaking into my room the minute my back was turned - and they kept on leaving minor signs such as those I had been noticing when I was living at Kute. As an example, the names and the number above (which I said was discovered on my laptop) was deleted from the phone on which I recorded them, by someone other than I; just to prove that these intruders still have access to my privacy. Had I not recorded that information elsewhere, it would be lost by now.
And these intruders have become so sure of my being incapable of doing anything about all the intrusion that I would even overhear certain of them, such as the following, bragging of their crime....
1) the men working at the satchet water factory at Professor Ilori's house, right next to where I presently live at Alegongo-Akobo.
2) some of the riff-raff nuisances that used to howl their derision near the shops beside that compound wherein I live. Those that own those shops can be brought in to testify; as they cannot deny knowing who those riff-raffs are, or how evil their actions are in that neighbourhood wherein I live.
3) the sons of my Dad's second wife: Adeyemo and Adeola Sanda most especially; but also including the other two, Adeboye and Adebayo Sanda.
4) their mother, Lola Sanda: a woman who would even boast, to my hearing, in the presence of my Dad, before his visitors, that she had been invading the privacy of my rooms for quite a while.
I have overheard them all, most especially the riff-raffs of whom I spoke; making derisive noise concerning the times when they had entered my rooms, and that which they had then done.
What these people could have done, sir, cannot be over-estimated. Till date, so many of those that I come across (be they colleagues, relatives, mere acquaintances, or strangers on the streets) keep on implying that I have HIV/AIDS. This, despite the numerous tests that I have taken - which have always turned out negative. How an HIV infection could have occured, when it is not as though I have been living a morally-bankrupt life, I do not believe you will know - unless I state how adversaries have been stalking me for over fifteen years now; carefully watching every step I make, to see how they can thereby grab any opportunity with which to do such as inflict me with the HIV/AIDS virus. This is one of the things they can do (and that they have probably already done) with the blatantly evil means by which they have continued to invade my privacy.
Yet, even after Mr. Ibitoye had given me the letter to the Akobo district police station, I was once again delayed - by being told to bring a letter from my employers, to identify me. I brought that letter to the Akobo police station - only to be then referred back to Mr. Ibitoye; as though all my efforts at attaining vindication were just to be in vain.
Mr. Ibitoye has now advised me to write this petition to you, sir. I don't know whether there will continue to be delays here and there concerning my quest for justice. I am not calling the police force magicians: but, at the very least, the names and the number of Akinola Nifemi and Ojo - which I have supplied to the police ever since about October or November last year - should be enough for them to hound down all those that have turned the invasion of my privacy into a means through which they can persecute me. I would be extremely grateful, sir, should the police act on this quest for vindication on my part; rather than keep on wasting my time as though I were a citizen with no rights, or a child that needs self-appointed guardians and trustees to be consulted before his case can be acted upon.
Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied.
Thank you very much, sir; both for your kind attention, and for your anticipated cooperation.
Yours truly,
Adedotun Sanda.
