We need to establish our own community council board members. From my understanding our city consists of 5 different districts and each district has its own council representative. Therefore it would be in our best interest to have at least one person from each district as a member of our council as well. These members should be actively known in the homeless community of their district and have a good upholding opinion from their community as well. Said members will be responsible for actively being in attendance of all meetings and/or public activities. Be willing to stand firm in pursuing our overall outcome as well as consistantly put in their share of the work necessary to obtaining our overall outcome.
