Good morning, it is with moist eyes I write to you today. You see I had no idea that I would be hit with another gut wrenching story from a mother who was left to deliver her child all alone....and then watch her child fade as the assistance that innocent baby needed never came. 

How many more innocent babies have to die unnecessarily??? Did the oath to do no harm expire??? Who is going to make sure that justice is served and those involved are properly reprimanded??? We the public need answers and swift actions!!!

After years of hearing these stories it never gets easier. My condolences to that mother, my thoughts and prayers are with you and ALL mothers that's have suffered loss due to the negligence of those we trusted to take care of us.
