Still Unvaccinated and Still Employed For Now.

So... after being told verbally at least twice and once in written communication that the hospital would have no recourse, should I decide no, but to terminate me by Mon. June 27th if I was not vaccinated, I am still unvaccinated and still employed for the time being at least. I made what I thought was to be my final call saying I was unable to follow the vaccination schedule due to it being against my personal and religious rights. I was called on Wed. and informed that "new information" had arisen and so we were to have a meeting the the next day. It turns out this new information is that I feel it is against my Religious Rights. I am not being questioned on all the other rights I feel it is against and therefore I am assuming we no longer have those rights in the matter anymore in Ontario Canada or I simply did not say loud enough the exact right words to make them aware I feel it is against my right to conscientious thought as well. Be warned if you are in my situation you must make it clear to your employer that it is against your rights, they are not obligated to ask you if it is (or apparently give you any clear way to say or demonstrate that it is). So due to new information I have been asked to write out my entire Religious belief structure, how and why I feel vaccinating is against it and use other examples from previous life choices to support. I was informed of this on Thurs afternoon and it was expected, and was delivered today, the following Tues., which really wasn't much time considering I haven't written an essay since high school. I am working with the Union on the matter and will update again when I have further information! Thank you all once again for the support!
