Petition updateLet my son be with his familyWhat are my chances of post adoption contact?

If anyone knows how exactly i go about applying for post adoption contact with my child can you please let me know. I will give a few facts of the case but due to court orders in place regarding myself and this petition I can with a very heavy heart only give basic information. 1. I have never harmed my son or placed him at risk of harm - childrens services/court appointed guardian/independent social worker and the courts agree on this unanonymously. 2. I have convictions for violence dating between 2010-2011. 3. I passed a parenting assessment, on a percentage scale the Independent Social worker rated my patenting abilities at 81% (lets not forget these courts work on a 51% probability). 4. My son was always deemed happy and content in my company. 5. The reasoning behind my child's court ordered trafficking is that he at the mercy of a loving caring dad who is a 'potentional risk of emotional harm in the future'. With these facts in mind could someone please with a bit of legal knowledge let me know where I stand? I will apply regardless but I do need some advice and it appears I have been whatever is the equal to being 'blackballed' on the legal aid solicitors front. Is it so much to just want to see my own flesh and blood, stroke his soft curly ginger hair and just cuddle him? Is it so much to just want a day in bed with my boy, loads of junk food and a load of dvds? I just want to see my son and tell him I love him and miss him in any kind of capacity and a once a yr letter (which arrives months later than ordered by the courts but never mind hey) with not even a photo addressing me as my sons 'birth family' doesn't quiet cut it. Someone somewhere must have some knowledge on this?
