If I disclose my child's name, date of birth or any of the court papers in this case I will get sent to prison. Children's Services themselves concocted a pack of lies from the start and fought so hard for people's later to be proven blatent bare faced lies to be heard by the courts. Yet within 3 days of me starting this petition they had me summoned to court for Contempt of Court and tried for many months to have me ordered to remove the petition, when the courts and childrens services realized I couldn't be silenced with threats of prison I was asked if I could change the petition to state something along the lines of 'my son was taken I want him back', again I refused to be silenced, I was found guilty of contempt of court and it was ORDERED I was NOT to be punished. However an order was made telling me I could not edit the original petition, disclose court papers to any third party nor could I approach any media outlet without prior consent of the courts. This same High Court judge who may I add has stated if she had been the judge making the original ruling 'things may well have been very different'. How come the state can go to such lengths to endorse bare faced lies and smear campaigns, Yet want the truth to be covered up so much? If my son is just another child with awful abusive parents in denial why have BCS and the enabling family courts gone to such extremes to keep this quiet? This year I know this will hit 10000 signatures and I don't see how even Birmingham City Council will be able to ignore me. Not only do I want a full public enquiry but I also want all restrictions on me speaking out to the media lifted! Why should I be threatened with jail for telling the truth and the actual criminals in this whole mess who have actually commited serious crimes directly against my son, myself and his mom (kidnap by deception and perjury to name 2) are paid loads of money and looked upon as good upstanding citizens and not held to account? They all deserve the life sentence theyve condemned my son to and me to! You reap what you sow and you truly underestimated me, a big can of worms is soon to be unopened.
