3 years ago after 2 weeks of trying to enforce our parental rights me and my sons mother were handed a piece of paper and told 'sign it or we take you court' we both immediately told them theyd have to go to court to take our rights away as we were not signing them over. The piece of paper stated such things as 'you will begin to clean and tidy the house' - that sort of thing was NEVER an issue anybody who knows my sons mother will tell you what a nice home she keeps. I also quote a health visitor 'your house is like a palace compared to some of the places we see'. It also stated we would give PR to the local authority and my mother a notorious child abuser. It also stated we must undergo a psychological assessment - when asked what grounds they had for us to both undertake one we were told 'we have no grounds we just want you both to do one'. The courts also agreed it was nothing but a fishing expidition. We never did a psychological assessment. Although every outrageous request doesnt spring to mind right now i assure you all it was basically designed for us to sign and in doing so accepting we were extremely unfit parents. After the meeting we both made yet another attempt to remove our son by force. Again the social worker lied and said my mother had custody and STETCHFORD POLICE despite the law saying they have to see a court order in these situations and not just go by the social workers word did just that. Funny when at a later date the officers involved details were requested the police refused to hand these over as they said it was a 'data protection issue'. Birmingham is run by a child trafficking mafia, where only the 'profitable' children are removed and the 'unprofitable' children are left to be molested and killed. Its members include its childrens services department, it's police forces in particular BOURNVILLE and STETCHFORD (stetchford are also notorious for doing things like breaking 14 yr old childrens jaws), Its family courts and of course the peripheral players such as health visiting teams and family 'support' workers. I warn anybody having a baby in Birmingham to seriously consider relocating as to be quiet frank if your baby comes to their attention and is deemed 'attractive to adopters' or you are deemed as having a backbone you may as well prepare to say your goodbyes as not one of these people will allow the truth to get in the way of making some fast money. Hopefully 2018 is the year birmingham childrens (traffickers) services, the corrupt family courts and the joke of a local police force are held accountable and made to publicly explain why they did what they did!!!!
