Firstly i acknowledge a petition can not influence court proceedings (neither can the truth in this case) but it can influence other things. However due to court imposed restrictions I can not edit this petition. Once this petition has reached 10000 signatures I intend to hand it to the leader of Birmingham City Council with the following requests and questions answered as I simply dont trust any answers from anyone from the Childrens Services department. 1. I want a full public enquiry in to this whole sorry saga and these questions in particular answered. a) What actions have Birmingham Children Services taken regarding Recorder CARTER's findings that SYEDA TAHERAH AHMED had lied REPEATEDLY about my sons mother whilst under oath? b) Why did RUTH.E.HILL not fufill her promise to investigate allegations made directly to her face to face with a mediator present regarding NADINE REDSHAW and her drunken behaviour? c) Considering the apparent lack of social workers/funds etc is it normal practise to keep children under child protection for the sole reason that the child is very advanced for their age? d) Why was my sons doctor told his opinion 'couldnt be taken into account' (by WENDY NOCTOR) at the child protection conference? His opinion being my son should have no involvement from childrens services and what they were doing was borderline harrassment. e) Why was SYEDA TAHERAH AHMED a person who by her own admission wasnt even qualified to be the social worker in this case ever given the job of being my sons social worker? f) Is it not a conflict of interest that the former head of fostering and adopting in the West Midlands for 10 years LAWRENCE MESSLING was my sons court appointed barrister? 2. I want Birmingham Childrens Services, Birmingham Family Courts, both Bournville and Stetchford Police Station and BLAIR ALLISON and CARTWRIGHT KINGS the legal aid solicitors thoroughly investigated regarding their behaviour by an INDEPENDENT body. 3. I want RUTH.E.HILL , SYEDA TAHERAH AHMED , WENDY NOCTOR , NADINE REDSHAW , BARBARA CARTER to all publicly justify what they have all done. 4. I want Birmingham Children's Services to apply to remove the 'injunction' placed on me regarding me daring not to be silent. 5. Why was the fact me and my sons mother PASSED parenting assessments COMPLETELY IGNORED?
