Hi Ruth, I'm very aware you read this petition as it was indeed you who initiated taking me to court with regards to this petition. I'd like to ask a question, back in September 2014 myself and my sons mother made a complaint to you about NADINE REDSHAWS extremely inappropriate behaviour, we had a mediation session with you Ruth whereby you IMMEDIATELY changed the social worker and stated you would investigate and have an official response about your findings within 3-6 months but nearly 2 years down the line I'm still waiting. Could you let me know why you never investigated NADINE REDSHAW considering your job is to protect children even if it is protecting them for drunken social workers? And she claims not to have a vendetta, she claims to just want to rescue children (might be an idea to stop targeting the much loved ones) and claims to be a woman of integrity but has proven and shown time and time again she is anything but. Ruth how come through out court proceedings the flat was visited in total 6 times through 8 months baring in mind your office is 2 roads away from that flat, if you were SO concerned to the point you took us to court? Ruth how does it feel knowing you tried to silence me and failed? Ruth how does it feel knowing you targeted us because we seemed 'easy pickings' (not forgetting the blatent vendetta) but instead 75000 people have read my sons story and know what you did? Ruth how come you told a court me and my sons mother where too dangerous to see our son in public only to leave the court room and immediately ask my sons mother if she would like to come with YOURSELF to my sons hospital appointment days later? Ruth how come you and your 'team' have never given a single example of how my son was at risk or placed at risk? Ruth how come you gave my sons mother a social worker who has since admitted she has NO clue nor made ANY attempts to find out how my sons mothers condition affects her? Ruth how come you refused to give evidence in court? Stand by your beliefs surely? Ruth if Birmingham Children's Services are so over stretched why was SYEDA TAHERAH AHMED a social worker who only worked Mondays and Tuesdays given a case load of ONE? (my son) And last but not least, Ruth why aren't you or ANY of your 'team' taking me to court for libel? I'm still on the same number so if you fancy a chat about all of this or better still you want to take me to a PUBLIC court regarding this please do not hesitate for a moment.
