I received my letterbox contact from 'the potentials' last week (2 months late but never mind). Seeing how the letter had been typed on a computer and addressed to '******' birth family so multiple copies could be printed at once really gave a sense of how important it is to these people to keep my son in touch with his roots and REAL family. I suspect the real reason for me even receiving this at all is because it's coming up to the day I can apply to revoke the placement (not revoke the placement order) and if I write back I'd be going along with 'the post adoption plan' sorry but I'm not stupid, I'm not devoid of a brain and I'm not going to go along with this charade at any point. I'll always be here waiting, I have every piece of documentation from before my son was even born to the present day so any attempt to make him believe he was given up on or unloved or unwanted will be futile. On one final note he is not a baby forever.
