From the moment you where born everybody told me and your mom what a special child you are and how lucky we were to have you, people always said there was something 'special and different' about you, when your mom would take you shopping shed come back with pound coins from all the people who would stop her in the street to tell her what a lovely looking happy boy she had. More than one health visitor, a family support worker and various contact workers even told us on the sly you were everybody's favourite. When we would have to see you in that God forbidden place the other babies would just be quickly signed in and sent to their room but not you, all the workers would wait for you whenever you was due to arrive and you loved all the attention and everybody loved seeing you. When you moved in with our friends (your foster carers) your foster brother had a "bring a special person to nursery/picnic" day and even though he'd only known you for about 8 weeks he picked you as his special person, when those horrible people threatened to take you away from our friends because they was nice to us they had only known you for about 6 weeks and they were in tears at the thought. From a young age you've shown signs of being a 'gifted child', you've always been so bright and wise beyond your years. My special boy,too special for the likes of low income whistleblowers.
