Due to the court order in place I am unable to edit the petition. What I would have edited it to say is as follows: As I am unable to go any further in my court battle to have my son returned to his mother I am now calling for a PUBLIC INQUIRY into everything that has happened regarding everyone involved. I call upon the following to be openly and thoroughly investigated Birmingham Children's Services and the following employees: SYEDA TAHERAH AHMED, RUTH EVELYN HILL, NADINE REDSHAW, WENDY NOCTOR, MARSHELENE WILLIAMS and CLAIRE REILLY. West Midlands Police and the following: Stechford police, Bournville police, PC.THOMAS, PC GOUGH, PC HILL, SERGEANT.MIKE.O'REILLY and SERGEANT.A.TAYLOR. I can not be sure of other officers names but there are multiple others. Cafcass and the following: ELAINE BENNETT. Birmingham Family Courts and the following: RECORDER BARBARA CARTER. Legal aid funded solicitors/barristers who act for the following: CARTWRIGHT KING, BLAIR ALLISON and BARBARA CARTERS SOLICITORS. My son's case has a media blanket on it. If enough people sign and share this petition the harder it will become to keep the media blanket in place and with the media able to report on what has gone realistically I stand more of a chance of having the public inquiry. It probably won't bring my son back for the time being but it will all be there for him to see. These people deserve to be punished for their criminal and immoral behaviour. Some sort of justice needs to be done for my child. HOLD A PUBLIC INQUIRY INTO ALL INVOLVED. As the old social work saying goes: 'if you've got nothing to hide you've got nothing to fear'.
