UPDATE

I have been contacted by Huawei in regards to their kernel sources it seems like they are happy to provide sources for their ROM and hesitant in regards to their kernel they have opened up a case for this issue (case: # 91579503) If anyone has more information in regards to huawei's obligation to provide binaries to the public (as per GNU) please email them and subject line: "Case #91579503" Maybe if they hear us make noise they'll actually comply. thank for your support! lets hope this gets done!
