Hello there, experienced Huawei phone users and developers,

Huawei has recently announced that they are going to stop providing unlock codes for their devices to unlock the bootloader, root the phone and to develop/install custom ROMs from 23rd July 2018 on older devices and it's already not available on their newest flagship series: the P20 series. Source It's very anti-consumer and it makes harder for developers to learn the hardware and software of the devices and extend the lifetime of the phones unofficially. Please stop them immediately.
