Abusive crazy people torturing small dogs and even having the nerve to record it and post it on face book and other social sites .  We must do something about these Vietnamese hurting small helpless animals .  Where is our heart ! Where is the law in Vietnam ?  Someone has to call there attention .  Please !  Animal cruelty in Vietnam must stop !​
