Come and join us for our first bat watch of the year!

Whilst Leather Lane might be closed, the local bats are still very much in business. They love the warm weather and the proliferation of insects in our local lanes. We are planning our first bat watch of the year this Saturday 11 July. Limited tickets are available HERE. Grab yours quickly!  For those who have attended previous bat walks this will be a little different as we are unable to access Leather Lane, but we can access Bowood Lane - another ancient lane leading from The Lee down to the A413. Following our successful survey of Flora and Fauna last year we are planning to undertake more of these this summer. We are also going to undertake our first moth survey. Moths are a crucial food source for our bats so monitoring their numbers and species is really important.

Would you like us to speak at your event?
On 2 March we had a lovely evening meeting Prestwood Nature and talking about our work. We would be happy to speak at any events you are organising.
