Hi all,

Just a reminder that we still need more donations for our crowdfunding in order to gather more evidence for the Leather Lane legal case. Whilst sharing many similarities with Jones Hill Wood, the Leather Lane case has many unique standpoints which will require expert investigations and reports. As previously mentioned, there are a few events happening at the woods to commemorate its beauty and magical history:
TONIGHT AT 6PM: COME DOWN TO JONES HILL WOOD FOR HOT CACAO, CAKE AND SINGING TO HONOUR THE TREES THAT WERE AND CONTINUE TO BE FELLED, BUT ALSO ALL THE AMAZING WORK EVERYONE HAS DONE TO TRY AND SAVE THE WOOD. 

SUNDAY 9TH MAY: from 7:30pm showing 'Fantastic Mr Fox' -in keeping with the Roald Dahl theme as he based this famous story in these woods. Let's make the most out of the woods whilst we still can. Anyone is welcome to come so feel free to bring your kids, aunties, uncles, cousins, goldfish, horses...whoever! We'd love to see you. Make sure to wrap up warm and bring flasks of hot drinks, sleeping bags or blankets you don't mind getting a bit muddy..or camping chairs if you'd rather be off the ground.
We hope to see as many people as possible at Jones Hill Wood for these events. Thank you, once more, to all of the people who have worked so hard to try and save the woods. You have inspired me and many others to never give up on something you are so passionate about. We must carry on showing people the real damage HS2 are causing and the ecocide they are getting away with through corruption in the judicial system and government.
