Not getting into the habit of criticising the refs. The fight against VAR. Video killed the radio. Unfortunately, that's the problem. The song predicts that. I just feel like criticising the refs, will just make them more defensive. And I think we have to work with the PGMOL for common goals really. Obviously there are changes I want to be seen.
Look, when you go to the games, and chant, 'Premier League, corrupt as fuck'. You have every right to chant that, yet at the same time. As pedantic as it sounds. I would just love for people to just, write down concerns. Constructice concerns. And then build from it really.
I think that under Nuno he complained a lot. Look let's be honest. VAR isn't going anywhere. Only worry about things you can control, it's out of our control now, unfortunately.
We have been outvoted, so it's one of those things. I am just going to have to accept as part of the game. However, having said that. I do want maybe a reshuffle of officials. And maybe think, about the officials that we do have. And understand the psychology behind human error. Is because it's hard to ref a game. With VAR in your ear, for 90 minutes. So, maybe Howard Webb could consider, reducing human errors. How he does that. I don't know. Maybe they can have a training session. And use actors as footballers, and get them to play a game. And then maybe, work with them on that really. Most of the VAR training is done on computer.
The refs do get a lot of training, yet, human error happens, so, instead of having a go at the machine. Would love for the refs to reduce the human errors. Which have happened. And I have no complaints over the two pens we have conceded. Both have been penaltys. So there is an improvement. I would like to thank Howard Webb for the time he has taken to reshuffle things. It can't be easy being in charge of the PGMOL. Yet, I just wish, maybe, and look. I am not going to boss them around. They can do what they like, at the end of the day. I am in no position to ask for them to do anything. Yet, I hope, that, they are able, to deal with matters, in a way, which suits both teams. And I will include info, more info in here later. About confirmation bias, and our subconscious. And how it effects our decision making. Yet too tired, nothing left in the tank. Up the Wolves. I think more women refs would actually help. Not really for diversity. Just, because I think that we maybe could rotate, and look. Half the planet is female, you going to exclude half of the people on the world. Who may be competent officials, but won't have them on the field. For what ever reason, that has to change.
