We are formally protesting the appointments of Ellen Flynn Giles and Ann DeLacy on the County Council's budget review committee.  An audit committee should not be made up of people who worked on and approved the budgets in question.  That is a sure sign of a conflict of interest. We request new appointments to ensure a productive and transparent committee investigation and report.
