Having fought for change to mental health services for nigh on ten years. I sit in my kitchen at home crying having just read the post that follows. Reporting on abuse at one of the countries leading mental health services.
The truth of the situation reported does not surprise me one bit, but having at last someone going inside and media reporting what’s going on has taken so so long. I dare not guess at how many patients have felt this same treatment…labellled care..across the nation and even across the world. It’s disgusting and it’s inhuman and it must be stopped.
