New commercial lighting code, warmer streetlights

Houston passed a commercial lighting code a few months ago prescribing warmer color below 3500K, shielding and limits on light trespass for any lighting facing public streets or residences.  In addition, I am seeing lower glare warmer streetlights dotted around Houston as in the posted photo on Hillcroft. We continue to work toward correction of all lighting and adherence to the Five Principles for Responsible Lighting jointly issued by the Illuminating Engineering Society and Dark Sky International.
