We spoke at City Council on February 2nd to counter CenterPoint's cost analysis to change the lighting. We do not believe their numbers reflect either any reduced wattage at all (we appear to be using double the recommended amount) or the new dramatic advances in the efficiency of warm white LED colors which are now almost the same as cooler white LEDs. The photo uses no flash and the glare in the yard is very uncomfortable with dark shadows outside of the lit area.
