Resident reports blinding street light to 311

A Willowbend resident just posted that he reported a blinding white street light to the City on the 311 web site. You can vote that you agree this is an issue on the right side of the page. The photo is great! In addition, we have been offered a meeting with CenterPoint which we will accept, but I am trying to get more entities involved including Public Works if possible.
