This just in...citizens in Hawaii are drawing a sigh of relief as the Mayor of Honolulu withdraws plans to cover Oahu with bright white LEDs. Also, we now know that Los Angeles uses warm white 3000K LEDs in its residential neighborhoods. Los Angeles has always been the LED poster child. But even its 4000K white LEDs are highly customizable and dimmable with just a laptop computer operated by a city official. Houston's are one size fits all.
