We have a wonderful article in Southwest News, top of the front page, and back page...you don't even have to open the newspaper to see it! The captions on the photos may be misleading...the top photo IS a warm LED installation similar to what we are asking for, but the intensity would be very subdued. The photos show before and after on the same street, how the previous white glary lights BOTTOM (even though they must have been shielded judging from the shadows) created VERY dark shadows and the lower glare warmer lights (TOP photo) show BETTER visibility between the lights. Davis, CA went warmer but also 40% less intense with far better citizen support. We hope to do the same. Please write your City Council rep requesting new test blocks now!
