Minute Maid will not be the same without Tal's Hill.  It is a tribute to Astros legend Tal Smith, who has served in multiple roles with the organization, overseeing their best and worst years during a 34 year on and off again career with the team.

Reasons for keeping the hill:

• In 16 years of Minute Maid Park, no player has ever gotten injured on the hill
• It has been responsible for some of the coolest catches in baseball.
• Astros have lost every game since the announcement about the removal of the hill on June 4.
