A review of Local Law No.1 (Administration) 2020 and Subordinate Local Law No. 1.3 (Establishment or Occupation of a Temporary Home) 2020 has been undertaken. As a consequence of that review, Council has proposed to make Administration (Amendment) Local Law (No.1) 2021 and Establishment or Occupation of a Temporary Home (Amendment) Subordinate Local Law (No. 1) 2021.

3. Amendment of sch 2 (Prescribed activities) Schedule 2, part 2, prescribed activity establishment or occupation of a
temporary home, paragraph (a), ‘temporary home used’—
omit, insert— ‘tiny home or caravan which is used’.
