I have dug up some exciting answers to these frustrating questions. I had the pleasure of interviewing Dan Fitzpatrick of THIA (Tiny Home Industry Association). You might know the VP of THIA as none other than Zac Giffin of Tiny Home Nation. Dan and his team have been working diligently over the last six years to help cities draft ordinances that would allow tiny homes to be permissible as either an ADU (accessory dwelling unit) or a single-family dwelling unit.
