Over 61,000 people have signed the petition to ban cruel farrowing crates. We’re now close to handing the petition in to Parliament, and with your help we can make sure this is the biggest petition the government has seen in years! Every year around 16,000 mother pigs spend weeks at a time stuck in these metal cages, unable to even turn around. Your signature will send a strong message to the Government and make them look closely at this issue. 2018 is already off to a great start. Just last week we announced that FreshChoice and SuperValue have committed to going cage-free – meaning ALL of our major supermarkets will no longer be selling cage-eggs!
