Over 100 Labour MPs protested that Livingstone should have been expelled. But Tonge thinks the charge of 'antisemitism' is being made in bad faith. According to her it is a trick, used by the Blairites against the left wing of Labour and by Israel advocates to silence criticism of Israel. What a disgrace that Tonge thinks she knows more about antisemitism than the Chief Rabbi, the Board of Deputies and the All Party Committee on Antisemitism. And that she thinks that antisemitism doesn't really exist -- the accusation of it is simply designed to win political arguments. The right place for her is Speakers' Corner. Not the House of Lords....
