The freedom to wear yoga pants is under fire in the state of Montana by  David Moore and House Bill 365. Mr. Moore is quoted as saying "Yoga pants should be illegal in public," (source) which goes against a tremendous amount of evidence that they should be very legal and encouraged (source).
