There have been an uncanny amount of vios and bans that have been given out by Connie recently, and we are here to justify it.

Dear Miranda and Joe, here is a beginning list of our problems;

1. unfair amount of violation points given, with a ridiculous reason
example: just the simple word, "slavery", was given 4 points. We all know to stay under 10, and it is quite obvious that we all try our best to do so, however, if you are given 4 violation points for an absurd reason without any warning what-so-ever, is extremely ridiculous.

2. emails & injustice in them
example: we email Connie over and over, asking questions, begging for a reason, and just simply wondering why it cannot be reasoned out, because there are so many typos, and there are so many topics that are taken completely out of context. 4 vios for simply "threatening" a pixel horse in buddy chat. It would make sense if it was in all chat, or somewhere that children could see it and perhaps be "triggered" about it, however the fact that she personally snooped around and did not even think about any context whatsoever, 4 violation points were given, which bumps up to 8, without a fair reason, or even a conversation about it.

3. avoiding topics like it's the black plague
example: whenever we try to email Connie, and reason out why something happened, she completely ignores what we are trying to say, and refuses to even listen to our side. Every story has two sides, and it obviously horribly unfair that she will not understand that what we may or have said is completely innocent and far different than what she just automatically thinks up.

4. "kill yourself"?
example: while she is giving out 4 vios for someone just simply saying the word "slavery", someone is allowed to go around and write on wild horse's profile just simply saying "go kill yourself" and releasing them, without any vios/warnings, or any justice done by it. "you're a psychotic f*bomb* c*bomb*," was reported continuously, yet guess who is still playing and allowed to continue to tell others to kill themselves. How dare someone threaten a pixel horse, am I right?

5. Unbanning of Revenant
Yes, this is I, who has written this petition, not only just for the unbanning of my own account, but because so many people have witnessed the unfairness of violations recently, and we are all out raged and feel like we aren't even being treated like equal people anymore. 12 vios in just simply one day, with 8 of them being completely unreasonable, and of course I cannot maintain being under 10, because who can when Connie goes on a violation rampage, just giving vios out for ridiculous reasons. We all read the rules, we know what's happening, and we do our very best to continue to follow them. However whenever we slip up, there is absolutely no reasoning for our side, she avoids the topic of it until she simply tells us to just go away.
My last few temporary bans was when I was younger, and I have aged since those 5 years, and I am working on keeping myself clean. I had a year ban, and after that, I kept my vios at 0, until I did slip up, and I can agree to that. However 2 of my vios were about to expire and I was being very helpful with everyone. I normally mute everything and just SJ, or I whisper and call out breeds.
I have been a paying customer since '07, and I was not planning on leaving any time soon. Yes my most recent year sub was bought from another player, just simply because I had the extra money on HI. Although I have bought countless amounts of subs, not just for myself, but others, and PO's out the wazoo.

So my point here is to not only unban myself, who will continue giving you business, but also end the unfairness that is happening throughout the HI1 community. We know you are very busy with HI2, but we love HI1, and we just simply cannot stay away, which only helps on your business end!

Please see the truth and how we are all doing our best to abide by the rules, but yet we are never listened to nor are we respected.
