CALABASH BAY DA REFUSAL - the details
Many Berowra Creek residents and regular visitors finally had some very good news in Dec 2020 when they were informed the DA in Calabash Bay, to develop four remote housing blocks, had been refused. This highly controversial DA, united nearly all river residents against it and the decision was very much in favour of the residents’ wishes and, hopefully, this means that Calabash Bay will remain in its current natural state.
