I am sorry I havent updated in awhile.. A lot going on here.. Still fighting the fight.. Maintenance Chemo, drs visits, tests, scans, giving blood every week and still Maintenance Chemo.... Plus try to have some normalcy at home.. Been a long journey this past year but I give all the Praise and the Glory to God for he gave me Grace and aloud for me to live another day... I treasure each day I wake up... A Cancer patient does because they know in a heartbeat it could be there last..  So they keep doing all they need to.. Just to survive but if they are blessed they know to give God all the Glory.. For because of him I see today..

I know this world is crazy right now with all the Corona Virus every where you turn but I posted something on FB a bit ago I would like to share with you.. Here it is:

People are all upset and trying to figure out what to do.. The isolation, the social distancing, the not being able to go to restaurants or any other places with large amounts of people (church, party's, being around kids for they are walking germs, and wondering how long it's going to last????) Welcome to a world of a cancer patient.. See yours is going to eventually get back to normal but a person with cancer wonder "will my life ever be the same again??" Maybe yes, maybe no!! See a lot of times a cancer patient will go through chemo or radiation, isolate themselves from family & friends when they lose there immune system for 7-10 months only to find out with the first test that it didn't work.. So the next time you complain or you are bored because you are stuck in your home away from Life think of what a cancer patient goes through every day and say to yourself "This Too Will Pass!!", it could of been cancer.. Keep it together World "this too shall pass......"

I know today is not promised to any of us but we are here... Lets make the best of it.. I know a lot are without jobs today but help is coming.. Unemployment.. Checks from the Government.. Help from friends & neighbors.... Next time you see a Cancer Patient with a Mask on trying to protect herself with no immune system or a Compromised one from too much Chemo.. Smile at them for they could not be having a good day.. See you know now what it is like but for us Cancer Patients ours doesnt ever end till the Lord takes us home.. Yes I wont lie.. It is rough somedays.. Tired of Drs. all the time, giving your blood to be tested, going for tests and drinking the yuck you drink before you do, then go and get your Maintenance Chemo and on and on.. See a Cancer patient goes home and wonders what will happen.. See they dont get any checks or unemployment to help them.. they get bills and more bills.. I have a $6,000 deductible every year & I have been doing this for 5 yrs.. $30,000.. do you know how hard it is to keep paying what you can on a bill that keeps mounting every day.. I still have $34,000 to pay that the insurance didnt pay.. It was $40,000 but thanks to the kindness of your hearts it is going down... A Procedure that saved my life they wouldnt pay for.. When I have a good day I still am fighting them.. Not only for me but for the woman who needs it, gets turned down, and has no means to pay for it so she goes home and dies.. I want to help her............

While this crisis goes on in our World and other parts of the World always keep thinking "This too Shall Pass" and spend time with your kids.. Play with them, watch movies, build a tent in your front room and climb in with them.. spend time with your Spouse.. Have a Date night at home when the kids go to bed.. Talk to them.. Talk to the kids... Talk to your spouse.. Because when this passes and you go back to your life it will all be a Memory and that time you spent with your family will be worth it...

I have all of you that have shared this Petition and getting the word out there for the other woman.. I will never forget when I had my surgery to save my life a nurse told me there was 3 other woman that there insurance wouldn't pay for it either. I asked what did they do?? She didn't answer but I seen the tears in her eyes and the thoughts in her mind.. They went home...... Please share this Petition again and again.. Keep it alive and one day the Insurance Company may wake up and realizes they are killing woman..... I thank you so much and Please Take Care and keep thinking all the time "This to Will Pass"
