Katie Lang, County Clerk for Hood Country Texas has refused to abide by SCOTUS decision on Obergefell v Hodges http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/obergefell-v-hodges/. In doing so she is in violation of "separation of Church and State", see http://www.loc.gov/loc/lcib/9806/danpre.html. She is also discriminating and promoting bigotry. She is preventing a constitutional right by denying licenses to same-sex couples.

Therefore this petition is calling for Katie Lang to issue licenses NOW or resign her position since her personal issues and personal beliefs are interfering with her ability to perform her job. She is welcome to her religious beliefs but they cannot interfere with government functions and responsibilities. Again, Church and State are separate.
