Only on files. No action in sight.

The aged retirees have a hard time to lead. With no ground action being taken on the pension schemes for ALL the retirees. There is only talk about moving files. But there is no action on ground. Everyone is having a hard time to lead the old age after retirement. The pension scheme for ALL the retirees should be applied similar to all the public sectors which have already given the pension schemes. When there are already such examples, why at all does it take so long? After having toiled hard in the steel plants, its a sad state of affairs that SAIL & the ministry is still only thinking.
