Other PSUs have pension, why not SAIL

While, it is an open knowledge that most PSUs have pension schemes,.. why not SAIL. Even the not-so-well performing PSUs have provided well for their employees, ... why not SAIL. At a senior age, one receives support & pension from the company one has dedicated ones life & career to ..... why not SAIL. Question is why can't a performing Maharatna i.e., SAIL provide basic support to its ex employees who have retired and many are too old to pursue basic matters.......... Why not SAIL
