Mission Australia conducted a national survey of youth and asked them what their priority was out of 17 categories. Mental Health was 2nd out of 17. Within the category of mental health, they were asked their priorities. Overwhelmingly and significantly ADHD was a higher priority than anxiety.

The government gave millions and millions of dollars, this year alone, to Beyond Blue and they only deal with anxiety and depression. I am reliably informed that ADHDers do not qualify for HeadSpace support. I do not want to take away from anxiety or depression. I think it is a worthy cause. However, 25,800 youth plus 11,660 signatures here = 37,460 people who NEED ADHD to be funded, supported and addressed, as much, if not more than anxiety!
