🎉 Over 1,000 Signatures! Our Voices Are Being Heard! ❤️

WE DID IT! OVER 1,000 SIGNATURES! ❤️🎉
I am honestly overwhelmed by the amount of support this petition has received in such a short amount of time.
Over 1,000 people have now signed in support of students affected by Ontario’s OSAP funding freeze. What started as one frustrated student and mother trying to find answers has turned into something so much bigger.
When I started this petition, I felt scared, frustrated, and uncertain about my future. I had already been assessed and approved for OSAP, started my education, and made significant financial decisions based on funding I was expecting to receive.
As a single mother of four children, this situation has been incredibly stressful. But I know I’m not alone. There are students and families across Ontario facing the same uncertainty.
And now, our voices are starting to be heard.
Our petition has gained media attention, including a published story with BayToday, interest from CBC News, and responses from provincial representatives.
This is progress, but our work is far from over.
We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for fairness, transparency, and protection for students who enrolled in good faith and made life-changing decisions based on their OSAP assessments and approvals.
I fully support investigating institutions where there are legitimate concerns. But innocent students should not have to suffer financially while those investigations take place.
Institutional accountability and student protection can happen at the same time.
To every single person who has signed, shared, commented, or helped bring attention to this issue: THANK YOU. ❤️
You are helping give a voice to students who deserve answers.
Our next goal is 1,500 signatures!
Please continue sharing this petition with friends, family, classmates, and anyone who believes students deserve a fair chance at their education.
1,000 voices strong, and we’re not stopping here. ❤️
