Daveon Michigan Court of Appeals Hearing 5/14/2024 9:45AM DETROIT

Daveon's Appeal has finally been scheduled to be heard after nearly 3 years in Prison. He has been incarcerated for nearly 6 years total. The Michigan Court of Appeals will hear his appeal on May 14, 2024 at 10am.

The hearing is open to the public.. There will be peaceful protest prior to the hearing between 9am-9:45am. Please come show your support if possible..

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to take a minute to say thank you so much for all your support. It's been almost three years since my conviction, and I can hardly believe it. I've spent a lot of time thinking and hoping for a better outcome, and now, finally, there's some good news—I've got an appeal hearing coming up in a few weeks.

It means the world to me that you all have stuck by my side, signing petitions, sending me encouraging messages, and just believing in me. Every bit of support has made a huge difference. You guys have helped keep me going through all this time.

As we get closer to the hearing date, I'm asking for your thoughts and prayers once again. We've got a real chance to turn things around, and I'm hopeful about what's ahead.
